How does payment work each month?
Payment is collected monthly, in advance, for your chosen package. We accept bank transfer or cash at the Cairo studio. If you need to switch packages, changes take effect the following billing cycle.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled within the same month, subject to availability. Missed lessons without notice are not automatically refunded or carried over.
Are single lessons available without a monthly plan?
Yes, single sessions can be booked at EGP 350 per 45-minute lesson. This option suits beginners who want to try voice coaching before committing to a package.
Is there a difference between beginner and performer lesson content?
Beginner sessions focus on breathing, posture, and pitch control. Performer and Professional plans add repertoire work, stage presence, and audition or recording preparation, tailored to your current level.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?
Unused sessions within an active monthly package can be credited toward future lessons if requested before the plan renews. We're happy to discuss adjustments if a package isn't matching your needs.
Are lessons held in person or online?
Lessons take place at our Cairo, Egypt studio. Online sessions can be arranged on request for students who are unable to attend in person, using the same lesson structure.
